Base Unit (Echo) LED is solid green but not showing as connected in the app

If the LED on your Base Unit (Echo) is solid green but the Gran Darts app does not display it as “Connected,” it is likely due to the Base Unit being paired directly via your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings instead of through the app.

Please unpair it from the system settings and reconnect it through the Gran Darts app.

Steps to unpair the Base Unit and reconnect via the app

01Open your smartphone's Bluetooth settings

Start by opening the Bluetooth settings on your device.

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone or Android device
  2. Tap “Bluetooth”
  3. Look for a device named “GRAN-Echo” or something similar

02Unpair the Base Unit

  1. Tap the “i” or gear icon next to the GRAN-Echo device
  2. Select “Forget This Device” or “Unpair”
  3. Close the Bluetooth settings

03Reconnect from the Gran Darts app

  1. Ensure the Base Unit's LED is flashing red
  2. Launch the Gran Darts app
  3. Tap the camera icon in the top-right to open the device connection screen
  4. Tap the reconnect button next to “Base Unit”
  5. If the Base Unit LED turns solid green and “Connected” appears in the app, the setup is complete
