Before Using: Power Adapter Requirements

To use GRAN EYE, a stable power supply is essential.
The main unit does not include a power adapter, so you will need to prepare one separately.

Recommended adapter by GRAN DARTS (required conditions)

• USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) supported
• Supports 12V output (15W or higher recommended)
• AC adapter capable of stable power supply

Please prepare a USB-C PD adapter that meets the above conditions.

Adapters that may not work properly (avoid using)

• USB-C adapters that cannot output 12V (insufficient output, unusable)
• Non-PD USB-C adapters (same shape but incompatible standard, unstable operation)
• Via USB Type-A port (e.g., Type-A → Type-C cables)
• USB ports built into power strips (usually 5V/1A, not supported)
• Mobile batteries or PC USB ports (unstable power supply, unusable)

Summary

Since GRAN EYE performs high-precision processing, the power environment is extremely important.
Always use an adapter that supports USB Type-C PD / 12V output to ensure stable operation.
